Secure hold wanted - Simeon on the roof They are apprentices + they love their job. What will they expect on the construction sites this time? Often the apprentices surpass themselves, sometimes everything goes wrong. Fortunately, their trainers, the master craftsmen and journeymen, are closely by their side. Five craftsman apprentices become plant mechanics, roofers, carpenters, interior decorators and agricultural machinery mechatronics. Stefan, 30, makes life easier for a customer who suffers from arthritis. The plant mechanic apprentice installs a walk-in shower for her. Journeyman Sebastian assists him in installing the glass partition, fitting and handle holder. Simeon, 16, covers the ridge of a hidden house. He is Nick's first apprentice, as Nick is now a journeyman. Simeon still finds it difficult to hold on securely to the roof. Apprentice carpenter Veit works on the eaves of the same roof. Josie, 21, is supposed to prepare a curtain for delivery to the customer today. But the thin fabric causes her problems during the sewing work. Annoyed, she has to unravel everything again. Josie gets support from journeyman Till. Jannis, 19, is in his fourth year of training as an agricultural machinery mechatronics technician. His job today is to repair a combine harvester.
